And we had research session where our chair, co-chair and director told us what questions need to be prepared. Then we prepared according to it for 3rd day. And when I was returning back to my room, there were 4 people in garden I went there and they were learning to speak Kyrgyz language from Sezim and I to joined them and it was so fun learning Kyrgyz language. And after 2 sessions we had our lunch and went for the session and after 2 sessions we went for socials and we had so much fun there and we even had pajama party in which we became 2nd in the competition of blowing balloon and we even performed zumba. And we had a motion for entertainment where I performed cat walk and everyone liked it so much. In my committee I was loved by every delegates and dais member. In those 4 days, I was so connected to all people that I didn’t wanted to leave them. I was emotional when my turn came to explain about my journey of EIMUN and everyone was trying to make me happy seeing me emotional. In confession, I was told that I look awesome in my goggles and I had a cute smile which made me so happy that I couldn’t explain my feeling at that time. And we all the delegates wrote about the feeling regarding each other in our placards. Then we went to sleep at 5am.
The fifth day (11th may), I get up at 9 and had breakfast. There was closing ceremony. And I got special mention from chair that I did good in my committee. And it was like awesome moment for me getting special mention. I was requested to join more MUN in coming days. Though I wasn’t able to win the award of best delegate I won peoples heart. I felt very bad to leave them at last.
EIMUN, this word just changed my view about life. It made me strong. It gave me so much memory that I can’t express in word. EIMUN has been rooted deeply inside my heart. I can’t put into words how beautiful the journey of EIMUN has been, and what it has given to me. It was my first international MUN experience. 5 days just made me to meet different people from different background. I got many friends, brothers and sisters there. It was a different, totally different than what I thought. Bunch of young people and their thinking it was just awesome. Someone said there that EIMUN is a kind of human library. I learnt so many things. The committee session, late night debate, pajama party, social night, breakfast, lunch, dinner, every was amazing, don’t know why I’m so attached with people and EIMUN. From running to committee sessions after breakfast to staying up till 2 am to pass the resolution, EIMUN has helped me learn and grow. If it wasn’t for all the love and support I got from EIMUN, my dais members, and all the other delegates, I wouldn’t have been where I stand today. The most memorable part of my life is dancing on global village. The relations I made with my fellow delegates was precious and worth keeping in memory for life time. We came as strangers and now we’re a family.
I’d like to thank Youth Thinker Society, US embassy, all the Organizing Committee members, my dais members, and my entire fellow delegates for making those 5 days one of the best 5 days of my life. I can write a book about how amazing EIMUN was but words will still fall short. Thank you once again everyone for making this small time a big chapter of my life.
